ThermoshieldTM Energy Saver
Thermoshield insulating features two components working together for better thermal and acoustic performance. First, a special cabinet lamination creates a thermal barrier against outside temperature variations. Second, the spa shell is surrounded in a closed foam insulation.
The result is a higher R-value that helps keep energy costs low while baffling pump sound for whisper-quiet operation. Our top quality standard cover features a 4:2 taper (4" at the peak tapering to 2" at the edge) and is comprised of 1.5 lb. density virgin-bead expanded polystyrene (EPS). If you live in colder climates, or if you simply want to insure optimal thermal efficiency, we offer our popular SuperTherm™ cover. SuperTherm is a full 5:4 taper that provides exceptional insulation. Many color options to choose from as well!
